Android Talkback blurs focus when moving accessible focus into bubble. Do not close bubble in this case, but still close it when keyboard is used to move focus out of bubble. Close bubble on outside click (which is nice anyway) to prevent multiple bubbles from being opened via screen reader. REDMINE-20970
