Games Showcase Page

Create the page to display the games showcased by the committee using the django admin dashboard.

This issue will require the GamesShowcase to be created, and a view to be created to gather the games with their descriptions.

The page will display all games in the GamesShowcase page, alongside the corresponding description providing commentary from the committee.
