Add explosions to committee page

Add some explosions to the committee page :P
There is no set requirements for how the explosions need to be included, just that the need to be there. Therefore there's quite a lot of creative freedom here!
You could add explosions when a committee member's portrait it clicked on, or with some other trigger.
Sam has info about explosion graphics and sound effects, see him for more info :)

Some ideas:
You could create an "overlay component"; a component which is designed to be used like this:

  <component class="w-x h-y etc" />
  <ExplosionOverlay class="absolute z-10">
</container>

which is completely invisible and sits on top of a target component. You could accompany this with a hook, which spawns explosion gifs randomly over its width and height, accompanied by a random explosion sound effect. I can see this being funny when put on people's profile pictures, or attached to an onClick on the game dev icon on the nav bar ;)

We also need:

• More explosion animations
• Maybe some confetti or other silliness
  An easy way to make simple explosions etc is with the pixel art tool Aseprite (whose build and install instructions can be found here).
