Is this project dead

It seems like this project hasn't been updated in a while on the main repo. But there is a another branch maintained by "smiling-Jack" written in JQueryUI that seems to be update to date. Are there plans to revive this project? Will it remain a "Dart" project?

I'm looking for a windowing system for an upcoming project and this looks perfect even with its shortcomings.

Did you find a good alternative in the end? I had a look at smiling-Jack's repos but couldn't find a fork of Dock Spawn.
