Integrate TF2 #8
Description
I have updated ResNet to work with TensorFlow 2 in the tf2 branch. What remains is to use the functionality from DumpTFMtData.py in DenseNet and SqueezeNet. In particular use the function dumpImgAndWeightsData2.
