Right now the computer use work but if your doing something then AI will keep interfering with what you are doing

i hit this exact wall a few months back wiring up a macOS agent over CGEvent. the fix that actually held was checking CGEventSourceCounterForEventType for HID input in the last 200ms before posting any event, if non-zero queue and bail. AXorcist gives you the element handles but you also want an NSWorkspace.shared frontmost app observer, when the human focuses a different app the agent should freeze instead of fighting for keystrokes. screenshot polling needs to back off on user input too or it chews CPU during real work.
