Add GET /groups (tracked split groups with per-level status), DELETE /group/{groupId}, and a modify endpoint for moving SL / shifting remaining TPs. Then mirror as MCP tools (list_groups, close_group) plus a dry_run flag on place_split_order returning computed per-level volumes.
