Failed to deploy to Firebase

I clone the project, modified the firebase config data based on my own appId. Things are running well on my local machine.

However, it failed to when I want use firebase as hosting. Here is my steps: firebase init, firebase deploy.

The deploy is completed. However it does not show the web app when i use the URL. Here is snapshot of the result when I try to reach the URL.

Can you share your firebase.json? Be sure to censor any private information (project name (if it matters if it's private), appid, etc.)
