We have some PRs created by a bot (a private GitHub App).
The codecov/patch check reports:
“The author of this PR, REDACTED[bot], is not an activated member of this organization on Codecov.
Please activate this user on Codecov to display a detailed status check.”
Ideally, we don’t want to use a seat for a bot. However, we can’t even assign it a seat in the first place, because the bot does not appear on the Codecov “Manage members” page (https://app.codecov.io/members/gh/ORG_NAME).
The app could create a PR under the name of an organization member (for example, by using a member’s PAT), but we’d prefer to make it explicit that the PR was created by a bot.

Is there a better workaround?
