i builds ( npm install && npm run build) no create index.js this folder-(mcp-server/dist/index.js) ..And run build command mcp-server create two file api and src .. one things these src folder have index.js file .. so tell me dev bru You mention (claude mcp add claude-code-explorer -- node ~/claude-code/mcp-server/dist/index.js) to add server ... but different file create ..
so can i add it these file in mcp server path ?
