Add 'Projects' Page

Compile all the technical projects that have been made by the community, including event websites, tools and their contributors.
Add a Projects page in the header of the website, the page should consist of the following sections:

1. A Description of what this page includes (tools built by the community and event websites)
2. A Projects section (which will list all the projects built by the community, notably, qr-certificate-generator, and a short description of the tool, what it does, and contributors of the tool)
3. An Archive section (which will list all the event websites built by the community in chronological order (latest first)) and the description of each website, specifying the tech stack and contributors list, for older event websites, if contributor's list isn't available, add the specific team's link as contributors.

Hello @thanavreddy . Thank you for sharing your implementation and we appreciate your initiative towards contributing to our website. However, this issue is supposed to be resolved by the team itself, and hence we've added the label internal. This is because, All the data mentioned in this issue and which is required, isn't public. We will surely refer to this implementation. We should've mentioned that the issues labelled as internal are handled by Team COSC, however we will add this into contributor guidelines.
