Can someone please explain why the size in [this line](https://github.com/carsonmcdonald/WebP-iOS-example/blob/f6d2130e93eecc1c197a155dbfdc8e0e93ee7bd4/TestWebP/TestWebP/ViewController.m#L114) is `width * height * 4`?
