indexflip - add mute button/icon

Nothing on the website indicates that there may be a sound though so when you play a sound on "check" you run the risk of jumpscaring people lol. I think this could be mitigated by adding a mute button which would convey that a sound might play and allow people to opt-out of that without muting the tab or browser.
