inconsistency evaluating instance of class "BotMan\BotMan\Messages\Outgoing\Question"

Hello there,
I don't know if anyone else has had this problem that I am facing, for some reason PhpUnit is inconsistently evaluating the instance "BotMan\BotMan\Messages\Outgoing\Question" and the first test fails and the next one passes without touching or modifying the test or the code. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? much appreciated in advance
