test_benchmark_cpu_json is slow

borg benchmark cpu is way too slow and cpu heavy to run "as is" in the tests.

Guess the benchmark code could internally check whether it has been invoked from the test suite and then skip all compression benchmarks except lz4 and one low zstd level.
