The bink tests fails a lot under resource limitation

CI fails a lot running clusters with multiple nodes in parallel. The alternative is that we run a single test and avoid parallelism. Since I'm not that happy with this solution, maybe we can further reduce the resource contemption

What are the failures exactly? If it's e.g. more timeouts, we could increase them instead if needed.
