Replace virt-install with Libvirt Go Bindings

Remove virt-install and instead use [libvirt go binding] https://libvirt.org/go/libvirt.htm] and libvirt xml

We need to evaluate if we prefer to keep python in the vm image or if we need to install the libvirt library bink should dynamical link to as a dependency

Wouldn't it be Python in the bink container image? Why does Python in the VM image matter?
