Add exe0-to-exe1 to help under token/auth namespace

Issue

The exe0-to-exe1 command should appear in the help output, potentially under a token or auth namespace rather than its current name. While the command is documented elsewhere, it should be discoverable through the help system.

Context

This relates to a broader discussion about undocumented commands in the SSH lobby interface. While some commands are intentionally hidden as part of the UX philosophy (see https://exe.dev/docs/faq/undocumented), exe0-to-exe1 is already documented and should be visible in help rather than remaining hidden.
