[FEATURE]: toggle spelling

Feature Description

I desperately need a way to toggle this on and off. There's no way I'm going to be able to add every misspelling to various dictionaries. I just need to selectively turn it on and off as I go to check things.

Use Case

Not getting overwhelmed with warnings.

Proposed Solution

Add a action and keybinding to toggle spell checking.

Hey! Although I can't find it now, this has come up before. Sadly, there's no way in Zed to expose toggles like this. As far as I can tell, there's no standard way for editors to control LSPs in this way without heavier plugins, like VSCode does. If someone knows a way, should be easy enough to add.

Maybe we should poke the Zed folks, this seems like a very core function if it's missing.
