Add Static/Global Feedback to Automated PR Review #580
Description
A common issue when contributing is missing the subtle "g/l" indicator in objdiff on a particular function or variable, resulting in a misscope that needs to be caught in manual review.
It would be good for contributors to get automated feedback when new functions have incorrect scoping.
Needs investigation to determine if this is possible with tooling as-is or requires upstream contributions to OK Bot or objdiff-cli.
