From e9c246b53c445c08fd1b6333d78edf491fa031ee Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Richard Levasseur Date: Sun, 11 Oct 2026 13:15:45 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] build: remove redundant dev/requirements.txt from bzlmod dev_pip The bzlmod dev_pip extension already resolves dependencies from the uv lockfile, making the legacy requirements lockfile redundant for bzlmod builds and CI cache keys.
