Bootstrap 4 CSS is loaded but Bootstrap 2 classes are used in markup (spanX)

So far I can only speak about examples 01 and 02.

The included CSS file contains Bootstrap v4.0.0-alpha
but the markup of the pages uses Bootstrap 2 'spanX' classes.

This is also reflected in the PDF version of the book.
