Describe the bug
When editing an existing Amazon CloudWatch RUM App Monitor and selecting "Select existing identity pool", the "Create identity pool" link redirects to a Page Not Found (404) page instead of opening the Amazon Cognito Identity Pool creation page.
This prevents users from creating a new identity pool directly from the RUM App Monitor configuration workflow.
Regression Issue
Expected Behavior
Clicking the "Create identity pool" link should navigate to the Amazon Cognito Identity Pool creation page in the AWS Console, allowing users to create a new identity pool and then continue configuring the RUM App Monitor.
Current Behavior
The "Create identity pool" link redirects to a Page Not Found (404) page. As a workaround, users must manually navigate to the Amazon Cognito console to create an identity pool.
Reproduction Steps
Sign in to the AWS Management Console.
Navigate to CloudWatch → RUM.
Open an existing App Monitor.
Click Edit.
Under authentication, select "Select existing identity pool".
Click the "Create identity pool" link below the identity pool selector.
Observe that the link opens a Page Not Found (404) page.
Possible Solution
Verify and update the console URL associated with the "Create identity pool" link so that it points to the current Amazon Cognito Identity Pool creation page for the selected AWS Region.
