Operating system
Linux 6.6.87.2-microsoft-standard-WSL2 - Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
Expected behaviour
I expect the mcp.json in my ~/.kiro/settings get loaded when opening with kiro-cli. It was working but all of the sudden it stopped working and others in my group do not have the issue.
Actual behaviour
Initial issue is my mcp.json will no longer load when starting kiro-cli. No changes made to it. Works fine from kiro IDE. I tried kiro-cli dashboard and doctor and getting issues on both:
root$ kiro-cli dashboard
error: Launching the dashboard is not supported in minimal mode
root$ kiro-cli doctor
✘ Qterm Socket Check: Failed to validate socket permissions: No such file or directory (os error 2)
Socket path: "/run/user/1000/kirorun/t/63bacaa15a1542e9a32dd23d0e8319a7.sock"
✘ Doctor found errors. Please fix them and try again.
Steps to reproduce
Start a Ubuntu WSL terminal on windows 11 and run kiro-cli. Kiro cli starts but shows this message: "failed to retrieve MCP settings — MCP disabled"
