Please add an option to disable jira-migration-plugin.
In an air-gapped instance, this plugin will constantly attempt to connect to https://api.atlassian.com, causing errors in the Jira logs.
It would be helpful to have an option to disable the plugin, as the only current method is rebuilding the image by removing the file /opt/atlassian/jira/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/atlassian-bundled-plugins/jira-migration-plugin*.jar.
