Gracefully handle branding preferences API call error message in React SDK

Description

The following error message is visible in the browser console that gives an impression of application error. This error needs to be handled properly without making any false alarms.
Trying out Asgardeo React QSG after some time and I'm getting the following exception at the page loading. GET https://api.asgardeo.io/t//api/server/v1/branding-preference/resolve 404 (Not Found)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try this QSG guide - https://wso2.com/asgardeo/docs/quick-starts/react/
2. Visit the application in a browser
3. Open the browser console to notice the above error message
