Description

@katyhuff

We don't currently have any SUPPORT.md files, but perhaps we should. Draft a possible SUPPORT.md file which could serve as the default for all repositories in this organization. A SUPPORT file lets people know about ways to get help with your project. For more information, see "Adding support resources to your project."
