Monthly meeting for Classroom

We should setup a repo for meetings with an agenda.rst file (which updates for each meeting) and a place for notes and logs. We also need to choose a time/date for the meeting to happen.

I am UTC -5 (American/New_York - EST time). I was thinking maybe monday evenings might work, but I would like to hear from everyone else.

The second Saturday of the month at 19:00 UTC (14:00 EST) could be nice. This should provide ample time for people to ease into their lazy weekend days or to recoup from a rowdy Friday night if one needed it ;p. It could be adjusted when people from other parts of the world start attending. Monday evenings were also mentioned (do not recall the reasoning).

Sabbath is not an option for me. I could probably manage most other dates though.

Edit: Based on my extensive research (ie. 5 minute search), Monday and Friday are the least ideal.

Ok I updated the team name for teachers, and was doing valentines day stuff so I didn't spend a lot of time online then. Why don't we make a good agenda and make some social media posts to get more archers involved to have an awesome first meeting, maybe like, first sunday of march?
