In PouchDB, text sorting follows Unicode code points, so lowercase comes before uppercase. I want results from find() to sort like ASCII, keeping uppercase and lowercase versions of the same word together.
For example:

The only solution I've found is adding a duplicate lowercase field for sorting, but that's not ideal.
Is there a better way to do this?
