What happened
When opening new projects or expanding closed folders, the mouse cursor alternates between the timeout icon and the normal icon for a long time, rapidly switching between the two icons, as if unstable.
After the folder has been expanded and the files are visible, the cursor issue persists. It only stops after a few minutes.

How to reproduce
Open 70 projects(java or php) in NetBeans, and it should happen at that point.
Or, after opening the projects, close and reopen NetBeans. Then, try to expand the root folder of any of the projects, and the mouse cursor will become unstable.
