Example failed on mac

I followed https://apisix.apache.org/docs/python-plugin-runner/getting-started/,
apisix version is 2.10.
cloned python-plugin-runner from git.

When I call curl http://127.0.0.1:9080/get -i, the result is 503, and the log of apisix is

After downloading, you must first execute make install to install it. In production mode, the execution path of python needs to be in the global variable or configure the full path of the python executable file.

facing same issue, i am not able to add python plugin runner in Kubernetes environment in production mode.
can someone help with this.

I had the same issue when using a Mac, and I solved it with the following steps:

source .venv/bin/activate
make setup
make dev

P.S. You need to enter the APISIX container and give execution permissions to the file; otherwise, it won’t work:

docker exec apisix chmod -x /tmp/runner.sock
