Rate limited on OpenCode Zen despite paid subscription — no support渠道
Describe the bug / issue
I'm getting rate limit exceeded errors when using OpenCode Desktop with OpenCode Zen, despite having an active paid subscription and $25 balance. This has been going on for weeks.
What I expect
As a paying subscriber with available balance, I expect to use the service without being rate limited. If there's a daily/monthly cap, it should be clearly communicated before I pay.
What actually happens
- I open OpenCode Desktop
- Start a conversation
- After a few messages, I get hit with "rate limit exceeded" errors
- I'm forced to wait before continuing
- This repeats endlessly despite having $25 balance
My setup
- OpenCode Desktop (latest version)
- Provider: OpenCode Zen
- Account has paid subscription + $25 balance
- Windows
Support experience
There is NO support email, no contact form, no help page. The only options are GitHub Issues and Discord. For a paid service, this feels unacceptable. I shouldn't have to hunt down developers on Discord or file a GitHub issue just to ask why I can't use what I paid for.
Additional context
I'd be happy to share session logs or details — just tell me how. There's no way to contact anyone about billing or rate limit issues directly.
Request
- Fix the rate limiting for paid subscribers with balance
- Or clearly communicate what the limits are
- And please add a proper support channel for billing/account issues
