Improvement: Polish Turkish translations

The current Turkish translation in packages/console/app/src/i18n/tr.ts has a few minor grammatical and contextual inaccuracies (e.g., preposition placements and literal translations). This issue tracks the minor linguistic polish for a more natural Turkish flow.
