Hi, I’d like to work on this issue.
I’ll locate where via.placeholder.com is being used in the Angular AI Tutor docs and update it to a working alternative (such as placeholder.co) to restore the expected behavior.
I’ll submit a PR shortly.

For context: via.placeholder.com was acquired by a warehouse company in 2024 and no longer serves placeholder images. This affects any AI tutor/agent output that references it.

placehold.co is one replacement for gray placeholder boxes. But if the goal is to have real stock photos instead of gray rectangles, tteg can search Unsplash and return actual photo URLs without needing an API key:

It also works as a CLI (uv tool install tteg) and an MCP server for AI coding agents. Might be useful for the AI tutor's image recommendations.
