Linux x86 wheels are missing on v0.3.10

First of all, thank you for an amazing project!

I noticed that wheels for linux are missing on the recent version v0.3.10 - only arm wheels are published.

I assume since #87 now explicitly lists arm build targets, the x86 target is no longer the default, so it also needs to be listed explicitly as well.

Hi @aleksul , thank you for the feedback! I appreciate it.
I will work on a fix soon. Seems like I confused the wheels publishing logic.
