Comprehensive Implementation Plan: Buddy Blogs, News & Production Infrastructure

This plan covers adding 3 new Buddy CI/CD technical blog posts, 3 new real-time technology news updates, and completing all remaining production features for ajitdev.com without modifying or breaking any existing UI, routing, or functionality.

Proposed Changes

1. New Buddy CI/CD Blog Posts (MDX Content)

[NEW] buddy-cicd-complete-guide.mdx

  • Detailed technical guide on setting up Buddy CI/CD pipelines, visual workflow automation, sandboxed action steps, and fast Docker layer caching.

[NEW] buddy-vs-github-actions.mdx

  • Comprehensive comparison of Buddy CI/CD vs GitHub Actions in execution speed, developer experience, pipeline syntax, and enterprise security.

[NEW] buddy-automated-docker-deployments.mdx

  • Step-by-step playbook for automated microservices deployments to AWS EC2/EKS and Vercel using Buddy pipelines.

2. Technology News Feed Expansion

[MODIFY] news.ts

  • Append 3 new news items to NEWS_DATABASE without altering existing items:
    1. Buddy CI/CD Introduces Native AI Pipeline Generator & Instant Docker Caching (Category: DevOps, Tag: Buddy)
    2. Anthropic Releases Claude 3.7 Sonnet with Hybrid Reasoning Engines (Category: AI, Tag: Anthropic)
    3. Vercel Unveils Native Micro-Frontend Support for Next.js App Router (Category: Programming, Tag: Next.js)

3. Production Infrastructure & Analytics Enhancements

[MODIFY] ThirdPartyScripts.tsx

  • Add missing Google Tag Manager (GTM-N6K777G8) client <Script /> loader.

[NEW] middleware.ts

  • Implement Next.js Edge Middleware for API rate-limiting headers, CSRF security verification, and request sanitization on /api/* endpoints.

[NEW] lib/env.ts

  • Environment variable validator script for startup/build verification.

[NEW] lib/validations.ts

  • Input schema validation utilities for API payloads and contact queries.

Verification Plan

Automated Verification

  • Run npx tsc --noEmit to verify type safety across all new MDX metadata and TS modules.
  • Run npm run lint to verify ESLint compliance.
  • Run npm run build to verify production compilation.

Manual Verification

  • Check /blog to verify the 3 new Buddy CI/CD blog posts appear in the blog feed.
  • Check /news to verify the new Buddy news item and latest industry updates render properly.
  • Verify GTM script loads in browser DevTools network tab.
