Hourly historical & forecast weather data

We need hourly historical & forecast weather data instead of tri-hourly. This is important for the spraying conditions that need to be hourly for optimal time management of treatments.
We need the hourly data for weather and for spraying, both for the actual day and for the 5-days forecast. The actual data does not have to “change” during the day, i.e. they do not have to “disappear” after the single hour is passed. For now, if we call the service (for example) at 4:40pm, we are able only to see the future hours (from 6pm and on, because now they are tri-hourly) and we are not able to see the past hours in the same day.
So we need to show the full day data (both past and future hours, one-by-one, of the same day, and not partial time slots or tri-hourly time slots).
