Allow to pause the audio podcast more easily.

Hi,

I suggest you move the podcast control to the table of content column (on the right). This will allow the listener to scroll along with the audio and pause it if needed to read the text.

The current implementation forces the user to scroll to the top to pause and he loses his place in the text.
