Inconsistency in default environment

When calling Docker commands, the following warning is issued:

WARN[0000] The "FULLY_QUALIFIED_HOSTNAME" variable is not set. Defaulting to a blank string.

Fixed via env.template — SERVER_URL hardcoded to host.docker.internal instead of using undefined FULLY_QUALIFIED_HOSTNAME variable.
