Decide frequency and priority of pipelines

Should run every 10 minutes:

• unfurl_version_range_v2 - takes 20 hours in initial runs, and then less than 2 hours
• mark_unfurl_version_range_v2 - takes 20 hours in initial runs, and then less than 2 hours

Should run every 30 minutes:

• enhance_with_kev_v2 - takes five minutes
• enhance_with_metasploit_v2 - takes five minutes
• enhance_with_exploitdb_v2 - takes five minutes
• compute_package_risk_v2 - takes five minutes
• collect_ssvc_trees - takes five minutes
• relate_severities_v2 - takes five minutes

Default

• flag_ghost_packages - takes 3-4 hours ( should run every 6 hours)
• All other pipelines can be set to 24 hours for now and can be changed once we get more clarity on import cycles
