User feedback: fight hotkey as a modifier for RMB drags

Right now right-click drag is always a Move command, and if you press A you now have to use left-click drag.

Player request: make 'A' into a modifier that turns right-click drags into fight commands if you hold it during the drag. Something like RA2 Shift+Ctrl except the modifier would be the usual hotkey for fight.

What happens when someone gives a move command and presses A just near the end because they want to give issue attack move as their next command. Now, if their hands get out of order, they end up turning their move into an attack move.

In general I think C&C is generally quite bad at hotkey consistency, and we don't want to copy it.
