Kodachi Rally cannot load saved game

When attempting to load a Kodachi Rally save file, it thinks the game (Super Extreme Kodachi Rally) is not installed and unsuccessfully attempts to download it. Occurs both in-game and from chobby, and as an aside, failed in-game loads still unpause the game.
I savescummed this mission successfully on 6/May/2023 and a different save on the same day places it as Zero-K v1.11.4.1.
Of course, this is a new save file.

Maybe this regression affects any campaign missions which use a different "game", but I only found the intro level which has saving disabled anyway.
