Climate Asset Representations on Stellar #156
Description
Currently, we use Swytch-X's platform for REC issuance and tracking. Given Swytch-X is based on Ethereum, it would be difficult to integrate our Stellar focused backend neatly with theirs. Therefore, it might make sense to have a new class of assets for RECs or explore similar providers on Stellar to track this more efficiently.
