DONT GOOD WORK CUSTOM MODEL WITH DISPLAYSHOP

We experimented with my friend who bought the plugin. It doesn't work when I try to place the custom block base-block but when I try to put it on top of the custom block it works (custom-blocks = itemsadder block). it is not possible for me to purchase the plugin without fixing this issue. can you help me
