Add the ability to disable the internal bank

As stated in the title there should be an option to disable the internal shop bank. This would lead to the transaction going to the shop owner immediately.

A use case would be a case which we are using it for. We are using a transaction based system for storing money which is better for our own security terms. The bank kind of defeats the purpose of this transaction system as there is only one transaction being added when the owner collects their money.

One thing that has to be thought through on this, is the fact that the shop can not be "self fed" anymore when this option is disabled.

Another option to the self feeding problem is to just completely disable the bank resulting in both transactions (buy and sell) going directly to the owner and not the shop
