Project section slow and unresponsive

The project section in the UWP Community app is very slow and unresponsive compared to the website.

@Jaiganeshkumaran The UWP Community app is maintained by the community itself, rather than owners of the website. You're free to contribute a fix to this, otherwise we plan on re-doing the UwpCommunity app from the ground up with Uno some time in 2022.
