What happened?
If the guest OS crashes, it becomes impossible to interact with the host OS. Even if you weren't in full screen, the buttons on the host OS don't work. The host OS is still running (I was watching a video both times). My solutions are: waiting for the guest OS to fix itself, or restarting the entire computer.
How can we reproduce this?
Somehow cause the guest OS to crash (I don't know what causes this but it's happened testing multiple random Linux distros)
Did you upload all of your necessary log files, screenshots, etc.?
