Bug Description

Connecting with a 25w14craftmine client to a 1.12.2 beast/paper server causes ViaVersion to throw an error while remapping RECIPE_BOOK_ADD.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup a 1.12.2 paper server
2. Install ViaVersion, Rewind, AprilFools, and Backwards
3. Try connecting with 25w14craftmine
