Can't "Display As" for the size in array declarations #7977

Version and Platform (required):
- Binary Ninja Version: 5.3.9149
- Edition: Ultimate
- OS: OSX
- OS Version: 26.3
- CPU Architecture: M3
Bug Description:
Right clicking on the size of an array in its declaration and trying to "display as" another base does not work.
Steps To Reproduce:
Please provide all steps required to reproduce the behavior:
- Open binary
- Right click on a number inside of an array declaration
- Try to display as anything besides hex, it doesn't stick
Expected Behavior:
I should be able to display array sizes as any base I want. Octal also isn't showing up in the list, which it probably should.
