[FlexibleColumnLayout]: ThreeColumnsStartHiddenMidExpanded acts like ThreeColumnsStartHiddenEndExpanded

Bug Description

The FCL layout config "ThreeColumnsStartHiddenEndExpaned" acts as desired, first column is hidden, middle is small and end is expanded.

The FCL layout config "ThreeColumnsStartHiddenMidExpanded" does not act as desired. First column is hidden, middle is small and end is expanded, same behaviour as the other config.

Expected Behaviour

When selecting "ThreeColumnsStartHiddenMidExpanded" as a layout, the middle column should be expanded.
